Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and all our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return a product or if you believe you have received a defective/ damaged product please follow the instructions below in order to return your goods.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.

Please ensure you keep proof of postage for your return, as any item returned to us is your responsibility until we receive it. We advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or any shipping costs.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any sale pieces, all sale purchases are final.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility for how you wash or treat the products.

RETURN

Please email hello@silkcompany.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

We will reply with a returns form which must be completed and returned with your package.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your product.

Once we have received your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if you are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method this may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGE

At present we only replace/ exchange defective or damaged items. Please send any enquiries to hello@silkcompany.co.uk  as soon as you receive your order; with your order number, photos and a description of any damage.
